Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Every piece is custom manufactured and printed on-demand with 240-280 GSM luxury combed cotton fabric.
A continuous, single-shot 360° unboxing video without any cuts, pauses, or edits is strictly mandatory from opening the outer courier parcel to revealing the product to raise any claim for transit damage or defective print.
1. Print-on-Demand Size Policy
Because all garments are custom printed on-demand, no returns or replacements will be accepted for size mismatches. Please refer to our detailed size chart before ordering.
2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
Defects or transit damages must be reported within 48 hours of courier delivery along with the uncut unboxing video to support@thedefinite.one or WhatsApp at +91 70181 68156 for an immediate 100% free replacement.
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is assigned to production or dispatched with an AWB tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.

All graphic artworks, 3D puff designs, typography, and lookbook media published on ATELIER are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
2. 10%–15% Print & Color Variance Disclaimer
Physical garment colors and puff texture vibrancy may vary by 10% to 15% from digital RGB mockups shown on screens due to textile ink curing and fabric absorption.

1. Google Cloud Firebase Security
User accounts, phone numbers, and delivery addresses are securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore with AES-256 resting encryption and TLS 1.3 in-transit security.
