7-Day Doorstep Exchange Policy
At CIPHER ATELIER, we engineer our oversized streetwear for perfection. If your fit is not ideal, we offer a hassle-free exchange experience.
1. Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup
If you need a different size, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep, collect the existing piece, and deliver your replacement.
2. Exchange Conditions
- Piece must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or our Support portal.
- In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, 100% free instant replacement is guaranteed.
Shipping & Payment Policy
We provide fast express fulfillment across all 28 states and Union Territories in India.
1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 48 to 72 hours express transit.
- Rest of India: 3 to 5 business days via BlueDart Air / Delhivery Express.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Doorstep UPI
- Zero advance payment required. You can pay via Cash or UPI QR Code directly to the delivery courier at your doorstep.
- Every order is shipped with a live SMS/WhatsApp tracking link.

All prices listed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are strictly inclusive of all applicable taxes and Pan-India delivery charges.
